What: A one day event focussing on how to develop flexibility in the upper body.
Do you enjoy walking or is it a challenge?

Walking is the best exercise if you do it consciously and use the shoulders, hips, knees, lower back & ankles to provide the vital support for grace & power in walking efficiently.
Learn how to:
- Create ease and reduce stiffness
- Find balance & co-ordination of your shoulder & pelvis
- Explore parts of the feet & save your shoes!
- Improve your agility & increase your speed
When: 20th June, 2009 10am -4pm
Where: at Hawkwood College, Stroud
Who: This course is useful for everyone, if you walk or run & are curious about how to make it more enjoyable/beneficial, for personal or professional development.
