<p><strong>Do you enjoy walking or is it a challenge?<br />
Do you wear out part of your shoe?</strong></p>
<p>Walking is the best exercise if you do it <strong>consciously</strong> and use the shoulders, hips, knees, lower back &amp; ankles to provide the vital support for grace &amp; power in walking efficiently.</p>
<p>Learn how to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create ease and reduce stiffness</li>
<li>Find balance &amp; co-ordination of your shoulder &amp; pelvis</li>
<li>Explore parts of the feet &amp; save your shoes!</li>
<li>Improve your agility &amp; increase your speed</li>
</ul>
