There two ways that you could experience the Feldenkrais Method® with Iraina Clarke, either in a group or an individual session.

The group sessions are referred to as ‘Awareness Though Movement‘ in which students explore a series of movement sequences designed to enhance awareness of everyday actions.

Individual sessions are referred to as ‘Functional Integration‘ in which the student is guided to become aware of how they move through the hands-on touch of the practitioner.
